COMPOSIT PANELS

Aluminum composite panels are a building facing composite material. The panels consist of two preliminary painted aluminum sheets up to 0.5 mm thick, between which there is a middle layer – a polymer composition based on polyolefins. Composite panels are a multi-layer material that withstands wind gusts, impacts and pressure. High resistance to lateral and longitudinal bending. Smoothness and smoothness of the surface.

A standard set of colours is available, for ordering non-standard colors the waiting period is 21 days.

0,5 mm

Technical specifications

It has a 0.5 mm thick aluminum plate coated with PVDF paint. Can be used outdoors and is guaranteed for 20 years. Can be produced in A2 and FR / B1 fire resistance categories. Standard dimensions are 4 * 1250 * 3200 mm.

0,3 mm

Technical specifications

It has a 0.3mm thick aluminum plate coated with HDPE paint. It can be used outdoors and is guaranteed for 15 years. Standard dimensions are 4 * 1250 * 3200 mm. Customization of color and size is possible.

At the same time, the panels have a high degree of rigidity with low weight.

For comparison, it is worth noting that with the same rigidity, the composite panel weighs 1.6 times less than a sheet of pure aluminum, the composite is also 3.4 times lighter than a steel sheet, and fiber cement is almost 2 times heavier than composite panels.

Taking into account the calculation of the wind load, the number of attachment points on the wall of the building is determined.

The lightness of the material is an undoubted plus, due to this, the bearing load on the walls of the building and on the subsystem of the curtain facade is reduced.

In this regard, composite panels are often chosen for the reconstruction and overhaul of old facades, since the load-bearing walls of buildings in this case will not withstand a significant load. And the need for additional thermal insulation is solved by installing a curtain wall.
